Online purchases are eligible for REFUNDS or STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag/box with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
